5th grade / Statistics / Mean mode median / Mode
The mode is the most frequent data point in a data set.
The easiest way to find the mode is to arrange your data in ascending order then find the most frequent value - that is your mode.
For instance,
Given the data set: 2, 3, 5, 6, 5
Arranged in ascending order: 2, 3, 5, 5, 6
The only value that is present more than once is 5, so 5 is the mode.
With our Four in a row math game you will be practicing the topic "Mode" from 5th grade / Statistics / Mean mode median. The math in this game consists of 16 questions that ask you to identify the mode or most frequent in each data set.
The game will reinforce the math you have chosen to learn by getting you to match the question to the correct answer.
