A "net" is a 2D representation of a 3D shape that can be folded to create the actual 3D shape. For example, the net for a cube consists of six squares, arranged in the form of a cross or a T.
In this topic you are given as question the names of 3D shapes and you must identify the correct net that represents that shape. The 3D shape names you are given include cube, cuboid, square based pyramid, tetrahedron, triangular prism, cylinder, cone, etc.
With our Four in a row math game you will be practicing the topic "Nets from 3D shapes" from 5th grade / Shapes / Identifying shapes. The math in this game consists of 16 questions that ask you to identify the correct net for the given three-dimensional shape names.
The game will reinforce the math you have chosen to learn by getting you to match the question to the correct answer.
