In this topic you are asked to select the prime number from a group of numbers. There is only one prime number in each group. The prime numbers you are expected to identify in this topic are in the range 2 to 59.
Prime Numbers
Prime numbers are whole numbers greater than 1 that have only two factors: 1 and the number itself. In other words, prime numbers cannot be divided evenly by any other numbers except 1 and themselves. The prime numbers up to 60 are:
2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 43, 47, 53, 59
This topic gives you a list of numbers and you must choose the prime number that is in each list.
With our Four in a row math game you will be practicing the topic "Identify prime numbers" from 4th grade / Comparing numbers / Naming numbers. The math in this game consists of 16 questions that ask you to from each list choose the number that is prime.
The game will reinforce the math you have chosen to learn by getting you to match the question to the correct answer.
