3rd grade / Multiplication / Number facts / Repeat additions
Multiplication is a way of quickly adding together equal groups of numbers or things. For example, if you want to add 3 groups of 5, you could write it as 3 x 5. The x symbol means "times" or "multiply".
To find the total when you multiply 3 by 5, you can use the repeat addition method. This means you add the same number (in this case the number 5) a certain number of times (in this case, 3 times).
So, to find 3 x 5, you can add 5 three times:
5 + 5 + 5 = 15
3 x 5 = 15
Another example, what is 5 x 4 as a repeat addition?
4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 = 20
5 x 4 = 20.
With our Duck shoot math game you will be practicing the topic "Repeat additions" from 3rd grade / Multiplication / Number facts. The math in this game consists of 16 questions asking which repeat addition gives the same answer as the multiplication?.
DUCK SHOOT is a fun game to learn math where you attempt to knock over all the fairground ducks in each level. In the first level there are only 6 ducks but by level 10 there are 24 fast moving "quackers quacking"...
