A topic is selected at the beginning of a session at Free Math Games and will be remembered when you move between games or activities. The math for the topic is carefully constructed to match the math level commonly introduced in US preschools. This means that your preschool child should see similar math problems to those she sees at preschool for any particular subject. Please let us know if that is not the case.
There are over 180 preschool topics to choose from at Free Math Games divided into Pre-K (age 4 to 5) and Kindergarten (age 5 to 6).
The categories for Pre-K are Color, Shape, Size, Position, More or less, Count, Addition, Subtraction, Measure, Money and Time.
For Kindergarten we offer 125+ topics in 13 top level categories. These categories are Counting, Comparing numbers, Pattern, Place value, Addition, Subtraction, Add & Subtract, Multiplication, Division, Multiply & Divide,Fractions,Measurements and Shapes.

Click on the "1. Start" button in the top navigation bar - that brings you to this kindergarten level topic selection page. On the topic selection page you will see that the topics are divided up:
Since you are currently within the kindergarten section of Free Math Games you will be seeing the kindergarten topics. Choose Pre-K or Kindergarten. Click on a category to see the available sub-categories and topics.
For example, if you choose Pre-K, then the category: "Size" you will be offered a choice of sub-categories ("Bigger, smaller", "Length" and "Height") and topics suitable for Pre-K. Click on each sub-category to view the available topics.
When you click on the name of a topic, the topic will load into the lesson page (once a topic has loaded it will be available for all activities and will not have to be downloaded again) and the lesson start page will be displayed. You can choose to do the lesson or jump immediately to the games using that topic.
