A semicircle is defined as exactly half a circle. Given the radius or diameter of a semicircle, we can calculate the circumference. The circumference length will include both the arc of the semicircle and the diameter (or 2 times the radius).
Given a radius r, the circumference of a semicircle is calculated as:
Circumference = (π x Radius) + (2 x Radius)
Given a diameter d, the circumference of a semicircle is calculated as:
Circumference = (π x Diameter/2) + Diameter
